Where we deliver

Anywhere in South Africa, to a home or work address.

Couriers

Aramex or The Courier Guy. They email and SMS you tracking details once they collect your box.

How long it takes

We pack within 1 to 2 working days after a box starts. Delivery then takes 1 to 4 working days, depending on where you are. Remote areas can take longer.

What it costs

Delivery of your first box is free. From the second box, delivery is R89 a box, included in your monthly payment (R538 in total), so there is never a separate shipping charge.

If you are not home

The courier contacts you to arrange delivery. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it could not be delivered after the courier's attempts, we may charge the cost of sending it again.

Damaged in transit

WhatsApp us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we make it right.

Changing your address

WhatsApp or email us your new address before your next box is packed.
