2. Information Officer

3. Guide by the Information Regulator

The Information Regulator publishes a guide on how to use PAIA and POPIA. It is available at inforegulator.org.za and from the Information Regulator's offices.

4. Records available without a request

• Our website content, policies and terms.
• Product and pricing information on the website.

5. Records we hold

• Company records: incorporation documents and statutory registers.
• Financial records: accounting records, invoices, bank statements, tax records.
• Customer records: contact details, delivery addresses, dog details, orders, payments and correspondence.
• Supplier and service provider agreements.
• Marketing records: subscriber lists and consent records.

6. Processing of personal information

We process personal information of customers, suppliers and service providers to supply and deliver our products, take payment, communicate, market with consent, and meet legal duties. Recipients and cross-border transfers are described in our Privacy policy, together with the security measures we use.

7. How to request a record

Complete Form 2 (Request for access to record) prescribed under PAIA, available from the Information Regulator's website, and email it to support@paw-pack.co.za. Describe the record you want and the right you want to protect or exercise. We respond within 30 days, which may be extended once by up to 30 days with notice. Prescribed request and access fees under the PAIA regulations may apply; we tell you before any fee is payable.

8. Refusal and complaints

We may refuse access only on the grounds PAIA allows. If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may complain to the Information Regulator or apply to court.

This manual is available on our website and at our address, free of charge.
