What we collect and why

Who else sees your data
We share the minimum needed to get you your box and keep the site running:
- Shopify hosts the store and processes orders.
- Yoco processes card payments. We never see your card number.
- The Courier Guy gets your name, address and phone number to deliver.
- Meta and Google receive anonymised website analytics if you accept cookies. See the cookie policy.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
Some of these process data outside South Africa. POPIA allows this where the receiving country has comparable protection or the provider is contractually bound to equivalent standards.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material we will say so on this page and email anybody on our list. This policy is a plain English summary written in good faith. Have a lawyer check it against your final trading setup before you scale.
