How do you choose the toys?
You tell us their size and how hard they chew. A person picks to that, by hand.
Is it the same box every month?
No. The theme and the mix change every month.
What is the box worth?
About R750 at South African retail prices.
Do you use rawhide?
Never. Every chew is a natural single ingredient.
Ordering and paying
Is this a subscription?
Yes. A new themed box lands every month, and you stay in control: pause, skip or cancel any time in a few taps. Gift boxes are once off.
What can I pay with?
Card through Yoco, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I pay in instalments?
Not yet. We will say so on the product page the day it is live.
Can I order for somebody else?
Yes. Order the gift box and we include your note.
Do you invoice businesses?
Yes. Message us before you order.
Delivery
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Free anywhere in South Africa.
How long does it take?
Two to three working days to the major centres, three to five to outlying areas.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
No. We need a street address somebody can sign at.
Can I track it?
Yes. You get a tracking link the moment it leaves us.
Nobody was home.
The courier tries again the next working day, then contacts you.
If something goes wrong
A toy broke in the first week.
That is the Happy Tail Guarantee. Tell us within 30 days and we send a replacement free.
My dog will not touch a treat.
Tell us which one and we swap it out of the next box.
The box arrived damaged.
Photograph it and send us the photos. We replace it.
I want a refund.
Read the refund policy. If it is unopened and within 30 days, you get your money back.
I was charged twice.
Send us the order number. We refund the same working day.
